WordPress website designer with SEO skills

I am looking for a creative, talented, and motivated WordPress Website Designer with a broad range of skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of the best extensions to use with a WordPress site, graphic design skills, and SEO experience. Additionally, the developer should have experience linking online forms with a CRM like ZOHO. I need to re-design our ---------- website. The site needs to be refactored to break out each of our products into its own page instead of clumping all products into a category on one page. This is primarily driven by a need to improve our SEO and to provide a better user experience. Clear instructions will be given about what I am looking for but I will look forward to collaborating with the designer on design and coding decisions. The candidate should have experience with website design principles, user experience, and WordPress website optimization so the site loads ---------- pending on how the project turns out and how well we work together, additional work may be offered.

Project steps include:
-------Step 1: Infrastructure-----[ 50% pay]
- Set up a responsive, fast-loading, and attractive WordPress-based website that enables visitors to find specific products by either browsing through the site or via a search box. The site structure must be easy to modify and extend when additional products/pages need to be added in the future. Appropriate WordPress theme/extensions will need to be used. For example Woocommerce (just to display products, not sell them), a cookie-notification/management plugin, and so on. Recommended plugins will be reviewed and integrated once agreed on.
- Contact form integrated for Zoho CRM (Zoho supplied)
--------Step 2: Content -----[ 50% Pay]
- Create the individual product pages which will include a picture (or more), a description, a link to a datasheet (PDF), and possibly some more product specifications (in expandable categories). Product pictures and copy will be provided.
- Provide a complete walkthrough and handoff so I can maintain and extend this website.
