Email Outreach Specialist

We specialize in working with women entrepreneurs in the coaching, e-commerce, lifestyle and health and fitness space (we love to do it all). We are now actively seeking to bring on an email outreach specialist to work remotely with the She Reigns Creative sales team, helping to build and monitor cold email outreach campaigns for our business and our clients.

The requirements, roles, and responsibilities of this position include:

- Excellent organizational skills - you will be managing the sending of 10k+ emails a week as we scale.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Excel in agile, remote work in a deadline driven environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to quickly execute tasks independently in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Perform all assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy of employee sensitive and company sensitive data


What we need from you:

- Ability to work remotely with access to wifi
- 40 hours/week commitment at least 4 hours overlapping US works hours (between 9am est and 8pm est_
- Proficient in Google Suite
- Experienced Email Marketer
- Fluent in English
