Proficient, independent self-starter needed for B2C sales role in men's personal development niche

We are a long-standing highly reputable men's personal development and dating coach company. We offer a range of online study-at-home audio, video and PDF training programs, as well as live in-field coaching services starting at $2,495

We are looking for at least one full-time enrolment specialist to enrol customers into our in-person coaching programmes, or online training academy. You must:

– have previous experience doing real b2c or b2b sales over the phone (NOT retail sales, NOT customer service) ideally for high-ticket items
– speak perfect English and be able to hold conversation with native American and English speakers
– have an understanding and appreciation of the self-development and dating coach work we do, and be passionate about helping men have more fulfilling relationships and lives
– be able to work through leads in an autonomous fashion, without needing to be micromanaged in order to get calls made
– have previous experience with, or quickly learn, how to input relevant data into our CRM system (infusionsoft) so that calls are accurately logged
