Full time Digital Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for creating and designing the visual and audio elements of our campaigns. You will work closely with our media buyers to ensure that our creative materials are in line with our campaign objectives and messaging.

Responsibilities:
* Create and design visual and audio elements for campaigns
* Create, edit and publish ad creative
* Set up ad accounts and execute media buying campaigns across various channels such as Facebook, Google, and TikTok
* Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to achieve better results
* Report on campaign results to the media buying manager
* Analyze campaign data to identify trends, track performance, and optimize campaigns for better results
* Work closely with the media buying manager and media buyers to provide insights that can help improve campaign performance

Requirements:
* Detail-oriented with strong attention to small details
* Reliable and hardworking
* Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
* Experience in media buying or digital marketing is a plus
