Job Title: Digital Content Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Content Manager to manage a team of 4 to 5 Philippine Virtual Assistants. The Digital Content Manager will oversee content research, article profiling, article writing, uploading to Wordpress website, including appropriate images, internal linking, and final launching on the website. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 4 to 5 Philippine Virtual Assistants who are responsible for researching, writing, and uploading high-quality content to the Wordpress website
Provide guidance and direction to the team to ensure that all content is accurate, relevant, and engaging
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and plans
Manage content calendars and ensure deadlines are met
Edit and proofread content to ensure quality standards are met
Ensure all content is optimized for search engine rankings
Monitor website traffic and engagement to identify areas for improvement
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
3+ years of experience in digital content management or a similar role
Experience managing a team of remote workers
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Proficiency in Wordpress, SEO best practices, and digital analytics tools
Experience with content marketing and social media platforms
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
