1.Operates machine/equipment in Production Processing areas based on Approved Production Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) and Work Instruction (WI's).
2.Inspects Machines and equipment and performs regular maintenance and cleaning in accordance with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) concepts to achieve optimum production run.
3.Performs periodic checking and monitoring of quality parameters (such as product temperature, Brix , Viscosity, pH, etc.).
4.Performs product change over within the standard lead times and accomplish required line clearances prior to production run.
5.Accomplishes cooking process control sheet, report on wastages and downtimes etc, and addresses variances and problems to line leaders or production supervisor.
6.Coordinates and works with co-production technicians, line leaders and production supervisor in achieving targets.
7.Effectively performs Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), GMP and good housekeeping by observing GMP rules and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in their work areas all times.
8.Adheres to/complies with EHS Policy by wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE's and by following safety guidelines at their respective areas of assignments.
