Order Fulfillment and Automation App Developer (Render & Python)

Company Overview:
Our company is a fast-growing e-commerce business that provides a wide range of digital products to customers worldwide. We are seeking a skilled and experienced developer to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining our order fulfillment and automation app. The primary delivery method for customers will be email but we will also need the orders to be available by API for future web and mobile apps. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and quality control of those orders.

Project Requirements:
- Create an API for the output of the system.
- Integrate OpenAI (ChatGPT) into product fulfillment and delivery.
- Create a Dashboard for our customer service team to manually fulfill orders when necessary.
- Create a system so that we can create new digital products without a developer (if possible).
- Allow our team to add new triggers (e-commerce checkouts) to the products so that they send when a customer orders.
- Implement our recurring subscription products.
- Add AI image creation for some products (not all products will require this).
- Allow our customer service to manually make changes in the dashboard to an order before the product sends.
- Create a robust error reporting system to better track and make fixes.
- Implement a search system in the dashboard for the customer service team so that they can easily find users and orders.

Key Responsibilities:
-Develop and maintain an order fulfillment and automation app that is user-friendly and scalable
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement app features and functionality
-Create and maintain API integrations with external systems and platforms
-Ensure app security and reliability by implementing appropriate security measures and conducting regular testing
-Provide technical support to internal teams and external vendors
-Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve app functionality and user experience

Qualifications:
- Experience with Render or a similar program.
- Strong experience with programming languages such as Python
- Experience with database design and management (SQL or NoSQL)
- Experience with API integrations and web services
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
