We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Real Estate Acquisition Manager to join our team. As an Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for property acquisitions thru cold calling, lead generation, assessing property condition and seller motivation, and setting follow up appointments. Excellent customer service and maintaining communication with clients is key.
Responsibilities:
• Conducting market research to identify potential properties for acquisition
• Contacting property owners, agents, and brokers to inquire about available properties
• Conducting initial screening and analysis of potential properties
• Coordinating property inspections and appraisals
• Assisting with the preparation and negotiation of purchase agreements and contracts
• Maintaining communication with clients throughout the acquisition process
• Managing and organizing the acquisition process from start to finish
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in U.S. real estate acquisitions
• Proven track record of real estate aquisitions
• Excellent cold calling skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of U.S. real estate market trends and regulations
