We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our team to help respond to help manage email responses from prospects wanting to purchase ---------- this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer emails and coordinating with graphic designers to ensure that projects are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

We sell branding: Flags, banners, gazebos etc. You will be responding to emails and nurturing potential customers into purchasing our products. We do not do cold sales, all contact is with people who want our products.

Responsibilities:

-Respond to customer inquiries via email in a professional and friendly manner.
-Manage customer email inbox, ensuring that all emails are responded to in a timely fashion.
-Coordinate with graphic designers on projects, including providing project briefs and ensuring that deadlines are met.
-Monitor project progress and provide updates to customers as needed.
-Perform administrative tasks as needed.

*Strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
*Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
*Familiarity with graphic design software and tools isn't required but is a plus.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
