Nurse Medical Record Reviewer / Chronologist

Looking for experienced Registered Nurses to review medical records to create a chronology of events (admits, discharge, major events, reviewing Medication Administration Records, identifying errors, etc.) using cloud-based software. Strongly prefer nurses experienced with training and supervising other nurses, quality assurance reviews or audits, and/or legal nursing reviews.

You will be provided text-searchable, PDF records to review. You will be provided cloud-based software to use. For each case, you will be provided information about the injured person and specific areas to focus on in the chronology. You will also have a checklist to identify and report if there are records missing. The records will be from nursing home and hospital facilities in the US, along with occasional primary care doctors or specialists.

You will need to provide a good computer and internet speed for upload / downloading records.

We expect to hire several people over time and keep folks at least at part-time.
