Operations Virtual Assistant (Data Analytics & Finance)

We are looking for an Operations Virtual Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to work EST business hours from 9am to 5pm EST. We need someone who is goal-oriented mindset, highly organized and has excellent initiative.

Responsibilities:

- Assist Operations Manager in day-to-day operational tasks
- Manage and maintain daily tasks and processes
- Create reports and analyze data in Google Sheets
- Help manage Amazon FBA operations
- Communicate with tea ---------- mbers through Slack and Skype
- Process retail orders
