Social Media Manager / Online Marketer

We are looking for an experienced full-time Social Media Manager / Online Marketer that will do the following for our in-home care/senior care business. We plan to hire during the week of March 20, 2023. The position will require 40 hours of work per week, with the first 2 weeks being fewer hours as we get you onboarded, trained, and make sure you are a good fit for the company.

* Planning and posting content for all our online/social media: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Google Business Profile, and YouTube. Facebook is the primary platform that we use.
* Planning and communicating with our website team for website updates, including blog posts.
* Creating email newsletters we send to our clients, potential clients, and employees.

You must be proactive and a "forward-thinker," planning content in advance. We do use ---------- a lot for content and also have an image library of our own that you can use. We also like to incorporate video as much as possible, so you'll need to work with me (the owner) in planning videos that need to be created by onsite ---------- short, guidance will be provided to you, but we're really looking for someone who can take the reigns and say, "This is what we're doing. This is why it will work. I think a video by the owner showing XX…or a picture with the office staff for this holiday should be done." Things of that nature. Lead the ---------- l our story. We need excitement and creativity.

You will develop our Social Media Strategy, our Content Strategy & Content Buckets, and our Social Media Posts & Content Calendar. Analytics & Reporting will also be a part of this role so that we understand how we are performing and can tweak our strategy as necessary.

Nice to haves but not required are:
1) Experience in managing social media for an organization that provides care or services for seniors/elderly. If you have that experience, we definitely want to know!
2) Blog/article writing experience.
