Looking for eBook editor

I have a new ebook that is completed. I just need you to proof read it, add title page, table of contents, copy right information and prepare it to be formatted for uploading to Amazon as a Kindle Book.

You should have experience with uploading books to Amazon in the past.

I am ready for you to start tomorrow if you have the experience I am looking for.

Right now, my book is in a Google Doc and is about 14 pages ---------- needs to be broken up into chapters and formatted like a book would be. I also have hyperlinks that need to be included in the book as well.
