Senior Video Editor - Podcast and Social Media

We seek a Senior Video Editor with direct experience in video editing for Podcasts and social media platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and others. The ideal candidate should deeply understand the different video formats required for social media channels and have experience creating content that drives engagement and audience growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and create videos for Podcasts and social media platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
Edit and color-correct raw footage to create a polished final product
Collaborate with podcast producers to create engaging video content that complements the podcast content
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video content creation and social media marketing
Create engaging and compelling social media video content that drives audience engagement and growth
Work with the social media team to develop and implement social media video strategies
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior video editors on the team

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in video editing and production, with a focus on Podcasts and social media platforms
Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with color grading and color correction
Excellent knowledge of video formats and codecs
Strong storytelling skills and the ability to create compelling video content that resonates with audiences
Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
A passion for video editing and a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques
