???? Part-Time Video Content Assistant

I’m looking for a part-time Video Content VA (5–10 hrs/week to start) to help grow my YouTube channel and repurpose long-form content into engaging short-form videos. The right person will help maintain consistent posting while I focus on content creation and production.

You will be:
- Editing long-form YouTube videos
- Creating Shorts/Reels from existing content
- Preparing videos for upload (titles, descriptions, tags) with final uploads handled on my side
- Designing thumbnails or collaborating on thumbnail direction
- Repurposing clips for social platforms
- Bonus if you enjoy organizing workflows, naming conventions and content libraries.

* Must understand pacing for YouTube retention
* Must know how to create strong hooks in Shorts
* Must understand subtitles/captions for engagement
* Must meet deadlines consistently

Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are REQUIRED
- Strong attention to detail — captions, timing, formatting and upload accuracy matter.
- Must communicate proactively if deadlines or issues arise.


Pay: $5/hour for 5-10 hrs/week to start. Paid Weekly. Approximately $200/month.
Opportunity for increased hours and pay based on performance and growth.

Note: The first 2–4 weeks will be a paid trial period to ensure a great long-term working relationship.

I am an author, actor, and speaker in Los Angeles, CA. I am looking to expand my brand by growing my YouTube channel by posting more short form content and sharing my book in new, different ways.
