Vacant Land Pricing Analyst

Seeking an energetic self-starter to assist with analyzing and creating leads in our US-based vacant land investing business.

Activities include:
Qualifying properties against agreed criteria (road access, wetlands, flood zones, etc)
Identifying comparable properties
Promptly logging all findings

There is a heavy comps focus for this role. Please apply only if you prior experience running comps on either houses or vacant land. We will test for this capability. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN PAID IN A PRIOR ROLE TO RUN COMPS ANALYSIS ON EITHER VACANT LAND OR HOUSES.

We communicate using Slack and Google Docs.

Excellent written and spoken English is a requirement.
College education is required.

Hours are during US Eastern, 9 AM to 5 PM.
