Position: Virtual Assistant
Employment Type: Hourly / Part-time
Work Time: Flexible between 8 am - 5 pm USA (Central Standard Time (CST), UTC -6)
Work Time: Flexible between 9 pm - 6 am Philippines (GMT+8)

Role Summary: The Recruiter (Part-Time) will administer and conduct all recruiting initiatives and provide onboarding support to new hires as needed. To be considered for the position, please read the job post in its entirety.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead the company's recruitment process on an ongoing basis, proactively sourcing candidates online and interviewing them virtually as necessary.

Regularly update job listings across all digital channels, including LinkedIn and Indeed. Target potential candidates through outreach on LinkedIn and other recruitment sites.

Actively search for candidates that fit current and futures roles within the company.

Screen resumes and applicants, schedule interviews and follow up with calls and emails. Conduct preliminary interviews and present options to the company.

Guide recruiting process to completion, Manage the candidate's experience by seamlessly guiding them through the interview process, ensuring constant communication and an overall positive experience.

Ensure all new employees are provided with appropriate resources and guide them through the onboarding process including pre-start date set up.

Minimum Requirements

• 4+ years' experience in high volume recruitment
• English - C2(Advanced/Mastery)
• Must Be Computer and Internet Proficient. *No training for computer skills will be provided
• Good practical experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets. Particularly MS Office/Teams/Video Conferencing
• Good practical experience with online calendars and scheduling
• Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
