Invoicing & Collections with Email

We are looking for a non voice accounts receivable person to work the graveyard shift for US EST Business Hours to chase collections for our ---------- oadly Duties include:
Create Invoices in QuickBooks from Salesforce alerts in Quickbooks ---------- t up tasks in ClickUp for Salesforce alerts
Set up invoices to be sent to customers using our templates and SOPs
Maintain communication with customers to provide any additional documents W9, copy of contract or statement of ---------- nd payment follow up emails to customers using our templates and SOPs.
Analyze Accounts Receivable for overdue invoices and suggest strategies to expedite collection.

Any other remote office work as assigned by management.

We are looking for proven candidates with at least 3 years of intense accounts receivable experience with strong communication skills both non voice and voice ---------- ndidates should be familiar with using templates and SOPs .

We do not allow any free text for our communication. Strictly using templates.

Other technical requirements:
Strong English fluency required in written & verbal communication a MUST.
Reliable High Speed Internet a must. This is a MUST.
Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel expertise a MUST. You will be tested.

BPO experience is a plus.

We use time tracker with screenshots integrated with ClickUp.

We have documented processes that you will follow, to ensure you can hit the ground running with training on the job. We are looking for enthusiastic young women who have a positive 'CAN DO' attitude. We are looking for doers and not talkers.

Salary will be paid in local currency via bank transfer by the 7th of each month.

We do a PAID trial to determine if we fit together, before we finalize long term commitment.
