Part-Time Web Master/Developer to create landing pages and maintain Wordpress Blogs

I have an affiliate marketing company and I am looking for a web master/developer to work for me part-time to maintain my wordpress blogs, install and modify themes, create landing pages (static and dynamic).

Candidate should be very knowledgable of wordpress and some knowledge of php. Candidate should also be able to create landing pages (similar to the ones on the link here http://www.smileycat.com/design_elements/landing_pages/

I have also purchased OptimePress, a wordpress theme specifically for internet marketing.

Ideally, the candidate would have worked with affiliate marketing and have some ppc knowledge/experience.

This is a part-time job (10-15 hours per week). Pay ranges from 5000 – 6000 ph. We are a small company and as we grow, pay should increase.
