JOB OVERVIEW

1. Ensure that all correspondence letters pertaining to repossessions are sent to respective condo corps and LGU before and after repossession.
2. Implement the repossession of units/parking slots as endorsed by Legal and Customer Service Departments.
3. Document the repossession activity by taking pictures and videos.
4. Execute an affidavit and Items inventory for each activity.
5. Report the status of utilities connection to MECO Reconnection Team.
6. Endorse the Hauling Request Form to Corporate Admin.
7. Endorse the scanned affidavits to Central Records Section to upload the documents in DIS.
8. Ensure payment of contractors relative to repossession of units.

Job Description:

• Must be a graduate of any four (4) year course.
• With at least one (1) year work related experience.
• Must be focused, self-driven, team player.
• Can work under pressure.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• With good presentation and facilitation skills; computer literate.
• Amenable to work in Pasay City, from 9AM to 6PM.
