Main Accountabilities:
Identify land that is suitable for solar development.
*Use maps, databases, and GIS tools to identify suitable development sites
*Conduct land, market, regulatory, and related project research
*Compile documentation and confirm available electrical infrastructure around site
*Prepare proposals to be submitted to land owner/broker for contract negotiations
*Update internal database of counties and their permitting process for solar
*Additional duties as required
Direct reports: None.
Minimum Qualifications:
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office software with strong Excel skills
Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Strong Communication, Technology Expertise (Preferred).
We have an extensive training program so no specific prior experience is needed.
