You will be responsible for:
- Hiring People in the company for roles such as Cold callers, FUS, Admins etc...
- Managing Cold calling team, watching their KPIs, auditing, coaching
- Making calls yourself as a cold caller
- Firing people
- Admin work such as posting jobs, screening candidates, emailing etc...
- Helping dispositions with marketing
- Managing lists, dialers, calling support to understand the system.
- Reach Out / Respond to Leads using Calls , Text and Emails to get them on the phone.
- Following Cold calling script and rebuttals to generate leads
- Schedule appointments for Sales Team
- You will be giving your team feedback to consistently grow and improve their KPIs and personal development

Skills needed for this project:
- Must be *fluent in English & Accent *, Must work in the US time zone (EST).
- At Least 8 years of Cold calling / BPO Experience
- Atleast 4 years of management experience
- Experience with hiring, managing and firing people
- Experience working with Real Estate Company (preferred but not required)
- Documentation/Organization Skills.
- Energetic, friendly and a good listener.

System/equipment requirements:
Internet connection of at least 5mbps; w/ back up
Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor
Backup workstation (preferred)
Backup internet (pocket WIFI)
USB noise-canceling headset- USB noise-canceling headset (REQUIRED)
