Wordpress Developer / Content Writer

Hi Guys,
I'm looking to hire a WP developer that can help me set up and customize Wordpress themes. I need someone who can also write website content as they build out the site on the pre-bought theme.

1. Create WP admin account.
2. Upload theme to WP
3. Change photos on theme
4. Change content on the theme.
5. Bonus: Know SEO - Do on page SEO
