Looking for a Data Analyst!

Looking for an independent thinker and motivator that can analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations based on findings. Need to be adept at finding patterns in large data sets and realizing the potential for KPI growth based on those ---------- t just looking for someone to crunch data, but to also report on the finding in the data in an eloquent manner. Must have strong communication skills.

***Qualifications
- Experience interpreting data and analyzing large data sets and presenting findings independently with little to no supervision.
- Fluent in English as we are a US-based company looking for someone whom we can easily communicate with.
- Expert-level knowledge of excel and other spreadsheet programs.
- Extensive experience in Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or other similar analytics platform experience

***Responsibilities
-Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement
-Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients
-Collaborate with tea ---------- mbers to collect and analyze data
-Use graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data
-Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
-Structure large data sets to find usable information
-Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information
-Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings
-Experience with Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools for SEO analytics
-Automation first mentality. Never repeat the same task twice if possible to automate it.
