Dear Prospective Senior Service Engineer,
We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as a senior service engineer. As a managed service provider, we are committed to providing our clients with unparalleled support for their applications, server and networking issues, firewalls, phones, printers, remote desktop, and other technical matters remotely. Your role as a senior engineer will be crucial to ensuring that our clients are well taken care of and productive from home, especially during these challenging times.
We are looking for someone who is not only competent but also friendly, confident, and calming. Your ability to handle escalations and provide effective solutions to complex issues is essential to our team's success. Ideally, you have prior experience working in a similar role and can take on escalated issues from other tea
We utilize ConnectWise for ticketing, IT Glue for documentation, and N-Central + Screenconnect (ConnectWise Control) for remote support. Experience with these tools will be a major bonus in your application.
Additionally, we prefer candidates who can work during New Zealand hours, specifically those available to start the shift hours of between 8:30 and 10 am (latest start preference) NZT for a full day.
