E-commerce Operations Assistant | Procurement Buyer Sourcing Product Management (Full-Time Good Pay)

We’re looking for a full-time Operations Assistant to provide administrative support and assist with various tasks of our Operations team.

You will be working closely with our Operations Team to assist with various tasks and ensure smooth and effective operation of a fast-growth start-up company. You must be well-organized and have a keen attention to detail.

This role is very dynamic and has a lot of room for growth.


MAIN AREAS INCLUDE:

Project Management of New Product Launches

Sourcing Suppliers

Managing Relationships with Suppliers

Ordering Product Samples

Product Management

Administrative Tasks

File/Data Management

Product Research

Customer Service



SKILLS NEEDED

- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word is REQUIRED

- Excellent Written and Verbal English Communication Skills is REQUIRED

- Strong Administrative Experience is REQUIRED

- High Level of Organization and Time Management is REQUIRED

- Keen Attention to Detail is REQUIRED

- Excellent Problem Solving Skills is REQUIRED



ADVANTAGE & PLUS SKILLS (NOT REQUIRED)

- Experience and Knowledge of Freshdesk is a PLUS

- Proficiency and Knowledge with Asana, Airtable and Microsoft Teams is a STRONG ADVANTAGE

- Knowledge in culinary arts, cooking, kitchen, home decor design and audio recording industry is a PLUS

I own & operate a few online e-commerce businesses. I’ve been working with Virtual Assistants for the last 6 years and all of my VA’s have been very happy to work with me. I have previously hired on all major VA platforms including - Upwork, Freelancer and Fiverr.

Our team is made of extraordinary people who thrive on solving difficult problems and building enduring products for ecommerce. Currently, our e-commerce business operates 7 DTC brands on Amazon, Shopify, Etsy and Ebay in North America. We have 9 full-time employees (including 6 from PH) with over 20 tea ---------- mbers that are contracted for specific projects.

We are on a strong YoY growth trajectory and looking to double the team size in 2023.
