Sales Representative/Customer Service Experience

Our company is looking for credit repair specialist to help with the onboarding process and customer service.
The role of the credit repair specialist is to assist people in repairing their credit records and credit ---------- order to evaluate credit reports, find errors or inaccuracies, and create a specific plan to remedy bad items, the specialist collaborates with clients. Also, the credit repair professional interacts with creditors and credit bureaus to dispute false information and bargain on the client's behalf. Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and a desire to see others succeed financially are requirements for the position.

Key Responsibilities: • Examine credit reports to find any mistakes, inaccuracies, or negative information that might be lowering a client's credit score. • Create a specialized strategy to deal with problematic issues and raise a client's credit score. • Keep in touch with clients to give them direction, assistance, and updates on the credit restoration process. • Keep an eye on the situation and make any adjustments to your plans to get the job done.

Qualifications: • At least 1 year of experience in credit repair, sales representative, or related field. • Strong knowledge of credit laws and regulations. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and credit reporting software.
