Part-Time Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Unexa Group is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time CFO to join our dynamic team. The CFO will be responsible for all financial aspects of the company, including bookkeeping, US tax code knowledge, profit and loss, reconciling bank and credit card transactions, forecasting, helping the company secure financing, creating credit worthiness, and other financial-related items for increasing the bottom line, using OPM, and reducing tax liability.

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll
Ensure compliance with US tax laws and regulations
Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Reconcile bank and credit card transactions
Assist in forecasting future financial performance
Help the company secure financing and maintain creditworthiness
Identify areas for cost savings and revenue generation to increase the company's bottom line
Reduce tax liability through strategic tax planning and compliance

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting
- Knowledge of US tax laws and regulations
- 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, ZohoBooks, or other accounting software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Experience in securing financing and improving creditworthiness is a plus
