JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for Sales Representatives with strong experience in generating sales from new and existing customer accounts. Must have outstanding written and verbal English language skills. Support of project set up and general project management, including ongoing recommendations to drive incremental yield and revenue.

- Placing a high volume of calls or emails to existing clients to explore and close sales opportunities;
- Providing account management and project support to your book of clients via consultative selling;
- Contacting inactive clients to provide support and explore sales opportunities;
- Prospecting, contacting, qualifying and selling to target companies/customers without a prior introduction;
- Ensuring that all of your clients have a great customer experience when interacting with you and working with the company;
- Managing your sales pipeline, including documenting and tracking your sales activity;
- Providing forecasts of your sales results;
- Document and track all activity, develop reports, setting tasks for follow up activity and forecasting;
- Reporting on your weekly sales pipeline and prospecting activity; and
- A record of meeting / exceeding your sales targets in the past.
- Excellent personal productivity, time management and daily call output;
- Strong intuition for customer service and excellent problem-solving skills;
- Strong ability to work autonomously and independently;
- A high level of personal integrity;
- Providing other account management support to existing customers;
- Experience in using Pipedrive and Talk Desk an advantage;
- Bachelor Degree or higher;
- A minimum of 3 years prior experience in sales / account management working in English;
- Outstanding written and verbal English-language skills.
