Project Manager/ Business Development Manager - Processes/ General Businesses/ Start-Ups

We are a business formed by a group of companies, some start-ups, that operate in multiple sectors, based in the UK. We are looking for a PART TIME Project Manager to undertake the following tasks:
- [ ] Overseeing projects commercial needs. Understanding the commercial model(s).
- [ ] To coordinate the various parties involved in the business processes.
- [ ] To implement new and maintain existing KPIs to monitor the performance of the team as a whole and individual members.
- [ ] Identify areas of improvement: costs optimisation and revenue increase.
- [ ] To assure business growth, via geographical expansion and horizontal and vertical escalation/ integration.
- [ ] To provide reporting to the top management, including KPIs.

The applicants need to:
- [ ] Provide previous experience project cases, detailing the roles and scopes undertaken remotely and which ones were taken on site by others.
- [ ] Explain how they are planning to manage the projects in the UK while based abroad, with also a time difference in place.

Other requirements for the applicants:
- [ ] General admin works. ?- [ ] Fluent in English, spoken and written. Able to communicate with native English speakers with good rapport. ?- [ ] Your available hours for certain tasks need to match the UK office hours, and there will be other tasks that can be undertaken outside UK office hours, on your own preferred times. Office hours in the UK are 9am to 5pm. The time difference with the Philippines is 7-8 hours depending on the time of the year. ?- [ ] We will start with a part time position, which might lead to full time position, based on performance.
