I run a boutique stationery business that provides custom and semi-custom invitations for couples getting married. Looking to expand our stationery offerings to have easy system to serve more couples than our regional market. We are a fun, approachable brand that really wants to make our experience easy and enjoyable for our clients. Weddings are about people…2 people fell in love, they are surrounding themselves with the people who love them and want to celebrate that. The party doesn’t happen without the invitation and it needs to be special and not ---------- t cookie cutter or mass market, but special.

I am looking for a tea ---------- mber that can work quickly and efficiently with careful attention to detail and great design ---------- signers would follow the templates that are established in our collection to personalize for each new client. Ready for immediate work.

Tasks/Projects:
Create proofs of Collection Wedding invitations and their accompanying pieces in Illustrator following established templates
Create Day of Stationery pieces for print (Menu, Posters)
Knowledge of Dubsado CRM system
Manage client projects with timeline and back end production schedule.
Create print ready files of final approved artwork following printer specifications
Knowledge of Adobe Aero or AR skills a plus

Position Requirements:
Proficient in written and spoken English.
Work 10-20 hours per week (may vary each week), opportunity for growth in hours and wage.
Be available for quick turnaround. Work on your own hours. Ideally, I would assign work during the afternoon/evening CST (Texas) and then would like it completed by morning of the next day CST.
Have a fast turnaround time for tasks, work quickly and have the ability to work on multiple projects at once.
Have reliable internet connection and computer with the Adobe suite of ---------- eck in daily, both before you start your work and at the end of your assignments each day. Track your time spent on projects.
Have a personal life that isn’t tied to your desk. I am looking for someone who can be part of my team long term. Burnout is something that happens when you don’t take care of yourself. Unplug and enjoy your life!
