Wordpress Support Specialist

We are looking for a full time Sr. WordPress developer that is eager to support hundreds of websites. This includes; troubleshooting issues, building new pages, adding elements to existing pages, updating themes, plugins, and templates. You will work with a team of other WordPress developers and support staff though the Zendesk ticketing system.
Responsibilities
Assist in making updates and fixes to new and existing websites
Create custom snippets and features for websites
Create landing pages based on Adobe XD designs.
Work with the team to diagnose and resolve bugs and work on support requests
Conduct site QA and solve technical issues (improve websites loading speed, fix security problems, spam issues,...) etc.
Work on Shopify, Wix, Bigcommerce, Weebly, Laravel, Joomla sites
Qualifications
5+ years of experience working with WordPress is required
5+ years experience with Javascript (jQuery, or vanilla javascript) is required
Must be detailed oriented
Must have the ability to multitask
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
A team-player mindset
Detailed and punctual
Experience with WordPress page builders (Oxygen, Elementor, Divi, Visual Composer, WP Bakery)
Experience with Advanced Custom Fields, custom posts, and custom page templates
Knowledge of Wix, Shopify, Weebly, Webflow, are welcomed
Experience with 3rd party API’s are a bonus
