JOB OVERVIEW

Dear Recruitment Pro,
I am the owner of a staffing agency and I am currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in various industries and have a deep understanding of the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
Source, screen and interview potential candidates for a variety of positions.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified ---------- work with industry professionals and attend job fairs to attract top talent.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and assist in the development of job descriptions.
Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in recruiting or staffing.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies.
