Customer Service Staffing Assistant

Hello there,

I'm currently looking for a staffing assistant that has a very strong customer service and / or sales background. Omni Therapy provides Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapists to patients in the comfort of their own home. Work hours are Monday - Friday, from 9am - 5:30pm Pacific Standard Time.

Here's a bit more information about the position:

Staffing: This department takes new patient referrals and finds therapists for ---------- ecks the patient’s address and matches it with therapists in the area. Asks the therapists if they’re available, etc. This job is best for someone who has fast typing skills, reacts quickly, is sales-driven, has good phone etiquette and strong customer service skills.
