Crypto Virtual Assistant

Looking for someone to help assist clients who have lost funds due to crypto currency funds. Responsibliities will include:
- Phone calls providing instructions/support for clients to locate their wallet addresses and secure payments using crypto
- Update clients with case status via email/phone calls
- Using calendars to schedule client calls

Looking for someone who is tech savvy and can learn quickly.

*Must have at least a basic understanding or familiarity with using crypto exchanges. MUST speak English fluently.
