Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Amazon Virtual Assistant to manage our Amazon storefront and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As an Amazon Virtual Assistant, you will use typical Amazon seller tools, such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa, to gather data and make informed decisions. You will also research and analyze market trends, provide recommendations for product development and pricing strategies, and coordinate with our shipping and logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Maintaining a fast and reliable internet connection is a must for daily communication with the team. Additionally, you must maintain an organized and efficient working process to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our Amazon storefront, including creating and optimizing product listings, managing inventory, and tracking sales metrics.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Research and analyze market trends and competitors, and provide recommendations for product development and pricing strategies.
- Doing SEO research to find keywords using Helium 10
- Setting up and managing PPC campaigns
- Coordinate with our shipping and logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Monitor and manage customer reviews, addressing any negative reviews and proactively seeking out positive reviews.
- Provide regular reports and analysis on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Maintain a fast and reliable internet connection for daily communication with the team.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient working process to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Utilize typical Amazon seller tools, such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa, to gather data and make informed decisions.

Requirements:
- Imperative to maintain a fast and reliable internet connection
- Available for daily communication and video calls.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Marketplace.
- Advanced skills in utilizing Google Drive, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and Google Slides.
- Experience using Amazon seller tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and Keepa.
- Experience using ChatGTP
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate with the team on a daily basis.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience working as a virtual assistant, specifically in an e-commerce or Amazon-related role, is highly desirable.
