Plot Holders LLC ( ---------- ) is a real estate investment company based out of Philadelphia PA, specializing in flipping vacant land in Tennessee, Virginia, Georgia, and North Carolina.

We're a small, humble, yet proud team of five. Three are based in the Philippines, and two from the United States. We see one another as family, and support one another as so! We're so excited to welcome you to our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION (What you'll be doing!):
- Make out-bound to and take in-bound phone calls from Seller leads to build rapport, make offers, negotiate, and close.

QUALIFICATIONS (What we're looking for!):
- Strong Interpersonal & Relational Skills
- Team-Oriented
- High Work Ethic
- Fluency in Written & Oral English

JOB STRUCTURE (What our business relationship will look like!):
- 10am-6pm EST, Monday-Friday.
- Starting at $3/hr, with opportunity for growth.
- Pay is every two Mondays, made through ----------
