Marketing Associate\General VA

We are seeking to hire a detailed oriented and focused individual to join our growing international team. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow with and be able to work on a number niches from parenting\children, Creative Arts, Technology, and Education which will give you exposure to a lot of new information and keep things interesting.

We are looking for someone to fill the role of Marketing Associate and General VA. The majority of your tasks will be focused around marketing(65-75% of the time), Operational tasks & book keeping (15%), Learning and Personal Development (10%).

Some of the tools you could be expected to work with are:

• Microsoft Office
• Google Drive
• Mail Chimp
• Wordpress
• Shopify
• Buffer
• Canva
• Xero
• Project Management software and more
• Ad platforms from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Pinterest

Regular Tasks could include:
• Finding Content to share on social media
• Updating blogs
• Managing social media community
• Adding banking statements into accounting system (QuickBooks or Xero)
• Internet Research
• Creating SEO\Keyword reports with a tool such as SEMRush, Moz, or Spyfu
• Creating PowerPoint Presentations

What you Must Haves:
1. Detailed Oriented ( I am the opposite of detailed oriented so this a strength I very much need in you)
2. Be willing to put every task into a Standard Operating Procure Document if one does not already exists
3. Be willing to track time on tasks in project management software
4. Be Ok working for one boss but on several different niches (see above)
5. Strong Verbal communications skills and be willing to join a weekly webcam meeting

These are some pluses but by no means are requirements:
1. English writing skills which could be applied to Article and Blog writing
2. Basic Graphic Design skills
3. Project Management Skills
