TOMORU is an IT-company in the conversational artificial intelligence sphere. We make "smart" voice robots for business that communicate like people.

We help to upgrade sales / HR departments removing an unpleasant routine from managers and supplying them with already warm applications. We create a service that allows an entrepreneur to focus all their attention on the development of their product.
We have increased by 22 times for 1.5 ---------- w there are more than 100 employees in the company who are working remotely in different cities around the ---------- 2021 we entered the top 15 most successful startups. And top 2 in the Artificial Intelligence ---------- 2022 Tomoru started working in Indonesia, Brazil, and the ---------- w we are expanding the international direction and are looking for an operating officer, which will develop Tomoru.

Main tasks:
— Participation in creating and implementation of the strategy, long-term and short-term goals and tasks.
— Operational management of the team (control and distribution of tasks, team formation);
— Management of the service departments of the company (with the exception of the sales department, accounting, marketing, production)

Requirements:
— Experience in scaling the company by 2 or more times
— Knowledge of modern management methods and experience of their successful application (people, business processes, finance, costs, etc.)
— Worked as COO/CEO for 2+ years;
— Successful experience in managing a team of 150+ people;
— Experience in IT/Start-Up will be an advantage
— Working with cohort analysis is must have
