***About you***
You have attention to detail, a flair for social media and marketing, and the ability to manage projects and people (me) to achieve an outcome.

You are reliable and keep your word. You know that when you say something will be done by set time it will either be done, or you will renegotiate the deadline. You also know that when you stuff up (as we all do) that you admit to it so it can be corrected and we can move on.

You are confident. You play your role well and are confident enough to hold others to account. That other person is me - the owner of the company. This will be an important part of your ---------- ’s possible that you have a few school aged children - maybe your even a single parent. But perhaps you’re not.

The most important part of this role is the part that will only take up maybe 20% of your time. You will be responsible for managing my very busy diary. You will be responsible for booking and managing flights, accommodation, cars, meetings etc. This is where your attention to detail will come through. If even a small detail is messed here I could end up in the wrong city on the wrong day with the wrong presentation. That would be bad for me, my client and you. But as you have great attention to detail this shouldn’t be a problem.

When your not managing my diary you will be generating online (and perhaps offline) marketing content to be sent out through socials and newsletters. I’ll provide the raw content in form of a video and you will spin this into articles, newsletters, blogs and info graphics and anything else we need. You may even use AI to do this - whatever produces the right content.

This is where your flair for social media will come through. Any ideas that you have can be tried and assess, refined and tried again. You’ll have a wide ranging brief on this.

You will also be liaising with clients, vendors and making decisions so we can get stuff done.

You MUST possess:
- A computer for your SOLE use with a reliable internet connection
- Access to your own Dropbox account
- Access to your own Lastpass account
- Experience running and managing extensive and advanced social media campaigns (Linkedin, Facebook and Instagram, but others too)
- Ability to design images to be used in social media campaigns
- Ability to create an edit video for online marketing
- Keen attention to detail and pride in the work you do - THIS IS A MUST
- Ability to communicate with clients via e-mail and phone. You will need exceptional written English for this.
- A high level of responsibility, integrity, self-motivation and reliability
- A desire to contribute and leave your mark on an already-successful international business as a critical member of the team
- Computer and internet skills, and a keenness to learn new technologies and software skills relevant to the role such as Ontraport, Google sheets, Canva, Photoshop and others
- An ability to find your own solution to problems that arise from time to time.
- A flair for design of social media posts.
- A desire to grow your current skillset and knowledge

It is to your advantage if you have:
- Experience as a virtual assistant for an overseas company
- A MAC Computer

Your qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree a minimum
