Dynamic full time VA for growing health and wellness company

We are looking for an up-and-coming star to shine their light onto our company and work on a range of SM and Marketing tasks for us.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about alternative health and wellbeing. If you have excellent English skills (verbal and written) and are keen to learn and grow with our small company, then we want you.

You’ll be working off the Asana project management software. Your main responsibilities to start include:
• Manage blog posts
• Manage various social media accounts
• Create and send email campaigns
• Create daily progress reports on what time was spent on each task.

To do this job, you’ll need to use the applications we listed below.
You don’t need to be an expert in all of them (we can provide training where needed), but you need to be at least familiar with most of them:
• Microsoft 365
• Project management software
• Social media platforms like Instagram, FB, Twitter, TikTok
• Email marketing software

You don’t need to have the following skills to be hired. But if you have them, it would be an advantage:
• Copywriting, Editing and proofreading experience
• Basic Graphic Design (e.g. Canva)
• Basic knowledge of Wordpress and SEO

Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time. More important to us is your integrity, commitment, and desire to learn and grow with our business.
Clear communication and honesty are paramount. If you aren’t able to hit a deadline or make a mistake, be upfront about it, we are all human after all.

We are looking for a long-term relationship over many years with a person who:
• can work with minimal supervision
• is a fast learner
• pays close attention to detail
• and can follow instructions to the letter

This is a full-time position.
• Mondays to Fridays AEST. A schedule can be negotiated
• You’ll qualify for 5 vacation days and 3 sick/personal days after the 6-month probation period.
• We honor most National Filipino holidays except for ‘All Saints’ and ‘All Souls’ Day
• Your salary will be starting at PHP30000 per month (40 hours a week)
• We also offer a 13th-month bonus to employees who have worked with us for at least 6 months.
• As well as PhilHealth contributions.

As you work with us, we will need you to take on more responsibilities over time and we will provide you with any training necessary.
When our team grows, you’ll also have the chance to be promoted.
