The mission for the person in this position is to use the systems and processes we already have to support the CEO with managing the day-to-day commitments and long-term strategies.

This includes, but is not limited to: email management and prioritization, data entry, client communication, online event setup, online research, and other administrative ---------- addition, the person in this position must be able to create graphics and audiograms with the company's existing digital assets, know how to use CRM and task/project management tools, and communicate in both written and verbal exceptionally well.

There will not be administrative tasks to keep you busy every day, so you'll need to have other skills (creative and written) to help produce content and marketing materials.

This will require you to use tools like Canva, Headliner and/or Descript, Ontraport (similar to ConvertKit and ClickFunnels), and social media scheduling tools like Buffer.

The successful applicant must know how to create short form videos from audio and create reels.
