Social Media Outreach/Engagement Specialist

We are Impact Clips ( ---------- dia). We help our clients refine their messaging and create social media content that is authentic despite being "done for you".

We often work with clients who don't have active social accounts and authentic organic growth (no fake followers or bots) is our top priority.

We are looking for someone to ENGAGE with audiences who ALIGN with the content we create for our clients and help them GROW their presence on socials.

The core job requirement is REACHING out to potential customers, CONNECTING and ENGAGING with their own content to build real relationships and create CURIOSITY for our content. Again, the goal of engagement activities is to build a solid connection/relationship with prospects. This is what will eventually lead to appointments and ---------- SPAMMY OR PUSHY OUTREACH. This is crucial and we'll ask for examples of your work.

If you have completed such tasks, you will be asked to submit screen captures of post engagements, DMs and all other related activities that you've performed to help grow your client's audience.

We will ask you for references of all the accounts you will be providing as proof of your expertise.

If you are the super star that we are looking for, we will share a case study of a client we worked with recently and ask you to provide us an EXHAUSTIVE STRATEGY of how you would create engagement and grow the audience of this client. We will be evaluating both CREATIVITY and TECHNICAL skills.

This position is part time to start with the potential of becoming full time within 6 months (or sooner).
