Position Title: Dispositions Specialist
Job Summary: The Dispositions Specialist Trainee is responsible for speaking with motivated buyers, negotiating prices, and closing deals for real estate assets. This is an entry-level position that requires spotless English and a critical and technical mind. The successful candidate will be someone who has a strong interest in learning new skills, is coachable, and possesses excellent English communication skills.
Individuals with critical thinking and a willingness to learn at the moment are crucial. The position requires the best use of all hardware assets including internet, headphones, laptop/desktop, and a working webcam.
Requirements:
Spotless English communication skills
Critical and technical mindset
Availability from 9 AM - 7 PM EST
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good internet connection and equipment.
Ability to learn new skills and software quickly
Preference:
Associate degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
Familiarity with real estate industry terminology and practices
Basic knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles
