We are looking for an experienced HR Professional to assist us in building our Philippine team.
The company has been in business for over 20 years and is looking for a long-term Staff Member to help us build a stable team. We are expanding rapidly and need to double in size immediately. Your expertise in the Philippine job market is essential to our growth. Your knowledge and skill on where to locate the best candidates and select only those that fit our criteria is what we are looking for.
Requirements:
1. Reliable high speed Internet service.
2. Ability to speak English with a neutral accent and type in English with good grammar.
3. Previous experience in hiring for a call center is a major plus.
4. Ability to work during Pacific Time (our office is based in California in the USA)
5. A Quiet work space is a must.
6. Must have strong work ethic and be willing get results.
You will find us exceptional people that have extremely good English-speaking skills. You will help find them for us.
