help with camera sony a6400

Hi, I just bought a new sony a6400 and 16mm lens, and I need help - over zoom - to figure out how to get the best video vlogs with the camera. Do you know this camera really well and can you help me adjust things like iso and stuff? Let's hop on a zoom call. I pay 15 dollars if you can help me for an hour with the settings.
