Job Overview:

I am looking for a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Expert to be my Virtual Assistant and scale my business. As an Amazon Expert Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for managing our Amazon seller account, optimizing product listings, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Also, sourcing the internet for profitable products to resell on Amazon.

Responsibilities:
• Manage our Amazon seller account and monitor its performance
• Optimize product listings for maximum visibility, conversions, and sales
• Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO techniques to improve product ranking
• Monitor and analyze product reviews, feedback, and ratings
• Develop and implement strategies to increase product sales and revenue
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust our strategy accordingly
• Manage inventory levels and order fulfillment
• Provide exceptional customer service and promptly respond to customer inquiries and issues
• Generate sales reports and analyze data to measure the success of our Amazon strategy
• Source various retail and wholesale sites to find products to purchase for resell.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Amazon Expert/Virtual Assistant or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of Amazon policies, procedures, and best practices
• Proficient in Amazon Seller Central, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment
• Experience with Amazon advertising campaigns and PPC optimization
• Experience with product sourcing for Online Arbitrage (OA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• MUST HAVE YOUR OWN PAID TOOLS TO START
