Duties and Responsibilities:
Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, or taking messages
Assist with posting jobs on internal and external job boards, review applications and handle applicant flow through online applicant tracking system
Assist with recruitment
Assist in pre-employment administrative processes, coordinate screen
Assist with timekeeping
Perform administrative duties of filing, record keeping, creating reports
Maintain good attendance and punctuality
Schedule appointments, maintain front lobby, assist customers and visitors, and update appointment calendars
Sort, distribute, and prepare mail or courier deliveries
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree on any field
With at least 1 year experience in HR specially on recruitment and time keeping
Presentable and pleasing personality
Computer literate
Good communication and coordination skills
