Excel Data Extraction/Data Entry

We have several .CSV files with customer information that is currently in the wrong form for us to use it. We would need you to go into each of the sheets and extract the name, phone numbers, email addresses, and mailing addresses for each entry. There are approximately 500 total clients that we need this for.
