Vacation Rental Manager/Reservationist

We are a vacation rental management company with almost 200 properties that we manage. Looking for someone with experience in the vacation rental industry. Working knowledge with Airbnb, VRBO, ---------- , Guesty is a ++.

You will helping us run the to day operations including guest communication, coordinating tasks with cleaning/maintenance vendors, and taking guests phone calls.

You'd also help us with taking guests phone calls & general admin.

Looking for a full time commitment. Someone who if they like the work will stay for years and years, it's not a gig position, we'd do 2 weeks of training from about 9am - 6pm Eastern Standard Time then after that evaluate if you'd fill a day time or night time role. After training would be 40 working hours with your rest days not necessarily being Saturday/Sunday but likely 2 consecutive mid week days.

What We Are Looking For In You

Hospitality/Real Estate backgrounds are required

Proven understanding of how to deliver exceptional guest service

People person, love to meet and talk to different people from different backgrounds and are organized

Able to complete tasks in a timely manner when asked

Oversee maintenance and housekeeping staff

Self-starter, with an extreme attention to detail. Efficient at multitasking and very organized.

Exceptional guest service both in written form and verbal

Must be able to work in a high-stress, fast paced environment with a level mind and happy attitude

Able to communicate effectively with guests, providing specific property details ( location, wifi, lock use, etc.)

Problem solver and able to accurately explain solutions to guests, remain calm and always willing to help to figure out the problem.
